In September 2026 the median HDB resale flat sold for $650,000, up on August 2026 (+2.4%) and essentially flat on a year ago (+0.8%). 208 flats crossed the million-dollar mark, and 2,245 resales were recorded in all.

By flat type (July–September 2026, vs a year earlier): 3-room $435,000 (-3.3%); 4-room $628,000 (-0.3%); 5-room $740,944 (+0.1%); Executive $920,000 (+2.1%).

4-room prices rose most in Geylang +16.2%, Queenstown +7.8%, Toa Payoh +3.8%; fell most in Clementi -6.2%, Bukit Batok -4.7%, Woodlands -4.0% (July–September 2026, vs a year earlier).

The priciest resale of September 2026 was a 5-room in Central Area at $1,720,000. So far in 2026, 1,497 resales have crossed a million dollars - more than the 1,243 over the same months of 2025.

In August 2026 the median HDB resale flat sold for $635,000, up on July 2026 (+0.8%) and higher than a year ago (+2.1%). 201 flats crossed the million-dollar mark, and 2,519 resales were recorded in all.

By flat type (June–August 2026, vs a year earlier): 3-room $438,888 (-2.5%); 4-room $625,000 (-0.6%); 5-room $735,900 (-0.2%); Executive $914,700 (+2.8%).

4-room prices rose most in Queenstown +9.5%, Bedok +8.0%, Ang Mo Kio +7.2%; fell most in Bukit Batok -4.1%, Sembawang -3.9%, Clementi -3.8% (June–August 2026, vs a year earlier).

The priciest resale of August 2026 was a 5-room in Bukit Merah at $1,688,888. So far in 2026, 1,289 resales have crossed a million dollars - more than the 1,071 over the same months of 2025.
