This Privacy Policy explains how the SG HDB Resale Dashboard ("this site", "we") handles information when you visit. This site is an independent, non-commercial data project and is not affiliated with the Housing & Development Board (HDB) or any Singapore government agency.

Information we collect

This site does not ask you to create an account and does not collect names, email addresses, or other personal details that you enter. All of the interactive filtering you do (year ranges, flat types, towns) happens locally in your browser and is not sent to us.

Cookies and advertising

This site does not currently display advertising and sets no advertising cookies. It is being prepared for ads served by Google AdSense; the terms below describe how advertising will work once it is enabled, and this page will be updated with the date it goes live.

This site uses GoatCounter, a privacy-focused analytics service, to count page views. GoatCounter sets no cookies and does not track you across sites. It records only aggregate information about each visit — the page viewed, the referring site, and a coarse browser, screen-size and country reading — and does not store IP addresses or build a profile of individual visitors. Counts are not used for advertising.

Data sources

Figures shown on this site are derived from publicly available HDB resale transaction data published on data.gov.sg. The data is provided for general information only and may contain inaccuracies; it should not be relied upon for financial, legal, or property decisions.

Children

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13.
