SG HDB Resale is a free, independent project that turns a decade of Singapore's public housing resale data into something you can actually explore - whether you're buying your first flat, deciding when to sell, or just curious about where the market is going.
It started from a simple frustration: the official data is all there, but it's locked away in spreadsheets that are hard to make sense of. This site does the work of cleaning, joining, and summarising it, so you can ask real questions - what can I afford in this town? how much does living near an MRT cost? which districts are growing fastest? - and get an honest answer straight from the numbers.
Every figure on this site comes from official, public sources:
The data is refreshed weekly, picking up the latest sales shortly after data.gov.sg publishes them.
A few things worth knowing, so the figures mean what you think they mean:
This is an independent, non-commercial project. It is not affiliated with the Housing & Development Board (HDB) or any Singapore government agency. The figures are for general information and interest only - they are not financial, legal, or property advice, and you shouldn't rely on them alone for a buying or selling decision.
Found something that looks off, or have an idea to make the site more useful? I'd love to hear it - firenowsg@gmail.com.
