SG HDB Resale is run by one person as an independent project, and feedback from people using it is genuinely the best way it improves. Whether you have spotted a number that looks wrong, have an idea for something the site should show, or just have a question about how a figure is worked out, I'd like to hear from you.

I usually reply within a few days. There is no contact form and no sign-up - a plain email is all it takes.

What's helpful to include

To help me look into things quickly, it's useful if you can mention:

• Reporting a figure that looks off? Tell me which page you were on, and the town, flat type, and year range you had selected, so I can reproduce exactly what you saw.
• Suggesting an improvement? A sentence on what you were trying to find out, and what would have helped, goes a long way.
• Asking about the data? Let me know which number you're looking at - most questions are about how medians, MRT distance, or the year-to-date figures are calculated, which are explained on the About page.

A note on what I can help with

This is a data project, not a property agency. I can't value a specific flat, give buying, selling, or financial advice, or act on your behalf in any transaction - please see the Terms of Use for more on that. For questions about your own flat or an official transaction, HDB remains the authoritative source.
