These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SG HDB Resale Dashboard at sghdbresale.com ("this site", "we", "us"). By visiting or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This site is a free, independent project, supported by advertising, that presents summaries of publicly available Singapore HDB resale transaction data. It is not affiliated with the Housing & Development Board (HDB) or any Singapore government agency. It is provided for general information and interest only.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax, or property advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. The figures are general information about past transactions and are not a valuation of, or an offer relating to, any specific flat. You should not make a buying, selling, or financial decision in reliance on this site alone. Any decision you make is your own responsibility.

Accuracy of the data

Figures are derived from open data published on data.gov.sg and location data from OneMap, then cleaned and summarised by automated tools. Despite reasonable care, the data may contain errors, gaps, or be out of date, and the way figures are grouped or summarised may not suit your particular question. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Acceptable use

You may read, share links to, and refer to the information on this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the site or its underlying data files by automated means;
• copy or republish substantial portions of the site as your own, or use it to build a competing service;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or the servers it runs on; or
• use the site in any way that breaks applicable law or the terms of the underlying open-data licences.

The underlying resale data is published by data.gov.sg under its own open-data licence; your use of that source data is also subject to those terms.

Intellectual property

The site's original text, design, and the way the data is organised and presented belong to the site's author. The underlying transaction and location data belong to their respective public sources and remain subject to those sources' licences.

Third-party links and advertising

This site may link to third-party websites and, in future, may display advertising served by third parties such as Google AdSense. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site or advertiser. How advertising and cookies are handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage - including any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss - arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its data, or from the site being unavailable.

Governing law
