Each dot is one HDB block. Its colour is the median of every resale in that block recorded from January 2024 onward - so a block with a single sale is coloured by that one price, while busier blocks average many. Tap a dot for the exact figures and transaction count. Blocks with very few sales are noisier; the count tells you how much to trust the colour.
Price per square foot divides each sale price by floor area, which makes small and large flats comparable - a fairer read of "how dear is this spot" than total price, which mostly tracks flat size. A block mixes several flat types, so its dot blends them.
