Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the SG HDB Resale Dashboard ("this site", "we") handles information when you visit. This site is an independent data project, free to use and supported by advertising, and is not affiliated with the Housing & Development Board (HDB) or any Singapore government agency.

Information we collect

This site does not ask you to create an account and does not collect names, email addresses, or other personal details that you enter. All of the interactive filtering you do (year ranges, flat types, towns) happens locally in your browser and is not sent to us.

Cookies and advertising

This site does not currently display ads. The Google AdSense script is installed while the site is reviewed for advertising, and Google may set cookies as a result; the terms below apply. This page will be updated with the date ads go live.

To serve ads, Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.

Where required (for example, for visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland), consent will be requested before any non-essential advertising cookies are set.

Analytics

This site uses GoatCounter, a privacy-focused analytics service, to count page views and a few anonymous actions, such as adding a town to your watchlist (we see the town, never who added it). GoatCounter sets no cookies and does not track you across sites. It records only aggregate information about each visit - the page viewed, the referring site, and a coarse browser, screen-size and country reading - and does not store IP addresses or build a profile of individual visitors. Counts are not used for advertising.

Saved in your browser

Some preferences are kept only in your own browser's local storage and never sent to us: your light or dark theme, your last price-check choice, the towns and streets on your watchlist, and whether you've dismissed the add-to-home-screen tip. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.

Data sources

Figures shown on this site are derived from publicly available HDB resale transaction data published on data.gov.sg. The data is provided for general information only and may contain inaccuracies; it should not be relied upon for financial, legal, or property decisions.

Children

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13.
